Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
2 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Special Requests: In addition to a valid driver's license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name and match the address on your driver's license (and be issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than the following will not be accepted: a cell phone bill; an electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill; or a mortgage statement or lease agreement. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Shift & Scheduling: No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Every other weekend.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Chemo administration is not required per manager.
Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet facility needs if needed.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required for submission
