Job Description
Trusted Health seeks a Medical Oncologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based cancer care within our innovative digital staffing model. You will manage oncology patients across the care continuum, develop individualized treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Partner with our tech-forward platform to improve clinician workflows, support quality and safety initiatives, contribute to protocols, and help shape flexible, high-quality oncology care options nationwide.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with solid and hematologic malignancies across the care continuum.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and act on imaging, pathology, and laboratory studies to guide clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff in multidisciplinary care.
• Provide palliative and supportive care, including symptom management and goals-of-care discussions.
• Use electronic health records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and development of oncology care protocols.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on diagnoses, treatments, and clinical trial options.
• Leverage Trusted Health's digital platform to optimize clinician workflows and care delivery flexibility.
• Contribute clinical expertise to product and process enhancements that improve clinician and patient experience.
