TLC Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist in Ellensburg, WA. This day-shift assignment is scheduled for 5 x 8 hours and pays $2,258–$2,327 per week. The PT provides rehabilitation services in patients’ homes, including assessments, individualized treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, progressive exercise programs, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, and EHR documentation. A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent, state licensure, a current U.S. PT license, and CPR/BLS are required. Candidates should have 1–3 years of PT experience, with home health experience preferred.
