THREE Creative Project Managers - Onsite M-Th / Remote F

Location: St. Louis, MO (Local Candidates Only)

Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday Remote Friday

Our petcare client's internal creative agency is seeking three (3) Project Management Specialists to support high-visibility creative and marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels. This role offers the fast-paced energy of an agency environment combined with the stability and resources of a global organization.

This role will serve as the central hub for project execution, partnering with internal creative teams, marketing stakeholders, production partners, and external agencies to drive projects from intake through completion. Candidates must excel in project planning, maintaining complex timelines, stakeholder communication, and managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.



What We're Looking For:


- In-house creative agencies, marketing agencies, production environments, or marketing operations teams
- Managing projects across digital, eCommerce, print, video, packaging, and other omni-channel marketing initiatives
- Building and owning project schedules from project intake through final delivery
- Managing multiple concurrent projects (15-20+ active projects preferred)
- Facilitating status meetings and driving cross-functional communication
- Working within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and Waterfall project management approaches
- Project management platforms such as Workfront (strongly preferred), Jira, Monday.com, or similar systems


Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of project management experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, in-house agency, or similar client-service environment
- 1+ year utilizing project management software (Workfront preferred)




Key Responsibilities:


- Lead full-cycle projects from inception through completion
- Develop, maintain, and communicate holistic project schedules
- Manage project intake, scoping, timelines, and production requests
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and media types
- Track project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain detailed project status updates and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Gather and validate specifications across digital, eCommerce, print, broadcast, promotions, video, and packaging projects
