Job Description
Role: Team Leader MRI
Responsibilities
• Oversee MRI nursing operations within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
• Coordinate patient care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise, mentor, and support MRI staff and technologists.
• Collaborate with radiologists, ED, and ICU teams on critical and emergent cases.
• Promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability in a dynamic hospital environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Leadership experience in MRI or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
