Staff Development Coordinator (RN)
Civita Care Center at Newington is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator.

Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff.

What We’re Looking For

Current, unrestricted RN license.

Experience in staff education, clinical training, or nursing leadership preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
