Cell Quality And Field Reliability EngineerThe Cell Quality and Field Reliability team is seeking an engineer to lead field and manufacturing risk assessments, field failure root cause analysis, critical Li-ion cell component evaluation, and data analysis in both manufacturing and lab environments. Most projects will be multidisciplinary and focused on field reliability and safety, production throughput, and cost savings of Gigafactory Nevada cell & battery manufacturing.The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively interface with employees throughout the company ranging from production associates to executives within Tesla and suppliers. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are necessary to excel in this role.
