About the Role

This is a senior finance seat reporting to the Head of Fund Finance. The Fund Controller will own core fund accounting and reporting responsibilities across the firm's investment vehicles.





Key Responsibilities


- Own fund accounting and reporting deliverables across the firm's investment vehicles
- Calculate and review NAVs on a regular cadence in coordination with the global finance team
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee investor reporting, capital call and distribution processes, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Partner with finance leadership on cross-regional deliverables and process improvements
- Support ad-hoc projects across finance, treasury, and operations






Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA required
- Significant experience within a private equity or alternative fund environment
- Strong '40 Act experience required - deep familiarity with regulatory requirements for registered investment companies
- Big 4 FSO audit background considered for senior audit managers with strong '40 Act exposure
- Strong technical accounting foundation with fund accounting expertise
