Deliver clinical care to patients, such as performing immunizations or MTM interventions, while adhering to regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Engagement
• Interact with patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Address patient concerns promptly and provide answers to create a positive experience.
• Exemplify and share excellent patient service techniques with all team members, ensuring a memorable and pleasant experience, including interpersonal skills that demonstrate care (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy) and service traits (e.g., identifying needs, assisting proactively, championing empathy and inclusivity).
• Understand patients' needs and offer services proactively. Enhance patient experience by raising awareness of healthcare services available (e.g., consultations, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and conducting clinical or wellness services like immunizations and diagnostic testing) to promote a more relational role for the pharmacy.
Operations
• Offer clinical services like immunizations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Adhere to the Good Faith Dispensing policy along with state and federal controlled substance regulations when filling prescriptions. The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring Good Faith elements are met.
Training & Personal Growth
• Keep updated with required licensing, credentialing, and certification as mandated by federal and state laws to provide clinical services.
• Stay informed about pharmacy and healthcare advancements by reading industry-related materials. Be aware of developments in retail and management and seek best practices to improve performance.
• Acquire the necessary certifications, educational credits, and training, including completing learning modules as required by the company.

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in the applicable states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of beginning employment.

Compensation Range:
Pharmacist: $60.90/hr-$82.30/hr
