Senior Vice President of Finance, IT & Procurement to join its executive leadership team. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to the President while overseeing the organization's finance, accounting, information technology, procurement, compliance, budgeting, and audit functions.

What You'll Lead

As SVP, you will:


- Direct all financial management, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit activities
- Oversee enterprise technology systems, modernization efforts, cybersecurity initiatives, and systems integration
- Lead procurement operations, governance, and compliance programs
- Develop long-range financial strategies and capital plans
- Provide financial leadership on affordable housing development and redevelopment projects
- Manage relationships with auditors, government agencies, financial institutions, development partners, and community stakeholders
- Present financial analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and governing boards






Ideal Background

We're seeking an accomplished executive who brings:


- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- 5+ years leading large accounting, finance, or administrative functions
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $60 million
- Strong knowledge of HUD programs, public housing authority operations, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in LIHTC, mixed-finance transactions, bond financing, and development finance
- Project-based and fund accounting experience
- Experience overseeing technology systems and procurement operations
- A collaborative leadership style with exceptional integrity and strategic vision
- CPA and advanced degree preferred
