School Occupational Therapist | Loveland, Ohio

This role serves a manageable caseload of 18 students, providing impactful OT services for up to 12 hours each week. Working closely with educators and families, you'll support students' development and help them build essential skills for classroom success. The schedule offers up to 3,260 minutes of direct service per quarter, allowing ample time to make a meaningful difference without overwhelming demands.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure.

• Prior experience in a school setting preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs across a K-9 population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services based on student IEPs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.

• Communicate positively with faculty, staff, and parents.

• Contribute to team meetings and student evaluations as needed.

• Adapt interventions to support inclusive learning.
