Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington OT license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential required

• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred

• Strong knowledge of interventions for various motor function disabilities

• Comfort working with students across a wide range of ages and abilities

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Flexibility to interview via phone or Zoom

• Collaborative mindset for engaging in IEP meetings and working closely with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapy interventions to students with all types of motor function challenges

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Offer resources and training to staff and families as needed
