Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy (OT) license required

• Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting

• Familiarity with caseload-based service delivery

• Comfortable working with PreK8th grade students

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a moderate caseload

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 2022 students, encompassing assessments, interventions, and progress evaluations

• Participate in IEP development, implementation, and review meetings as requested

• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to district policy and state regulations

• Collaborate with school staff, special education teams, and families to support student growth

• Utilize provided training on the IEP system to ensure compliance and quality service

• Attend virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment

• Provide indirect and direct therapy hours as required, with billable sick leave
