Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team.Pay: $40/hourThis is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible weekend work and additional income while taking on a clinical leadership role in a skilled nursing setting.What You'll DoProvide clinical oversight and support to nursing staffGuide RN, LPN, and CNA team members during the shiftRespond to resident needs and changes in conditionProvide nursing care as neededHelp ensure quality care and compliance with facility standardsServe as a clinical resource for the nursing teamWhat We're Looking ForActive RN license requiredSkilled nursing or long-term care experience preferredPrevious charge, supervisory, or leadership experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsDependable and comfortable working independentlySchedulePRN weekend coverage with flexibility based on facility needs.Ideal for supplementing full-time income.
