Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing, walking, and physical movements like bending and reaching
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) may be required based on unit needs
