Job Summary
Responsible for developing, administering, and leading all nursing and patient care activities within their area of accountability.
Collaborates closely with the nursing team to support organizational strategies, improve systems, and enhance patient, physician, and staff satisfaction.
Oversees financial aspects of nursing programs/services, promotes performance improvement, and supports strategic nursing initiatives through effective communication and process planning.
Works with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices.
Performs additional duties as needed.

Manages a multidisciplinary team providing competent, efficient, and compassionate care in a professional environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
