Research Scientist, Biomarker Sciences I*

Position Overview

We are seeking a Research Scientist to support biomarker and translational research activities across clinical development programs. This role will contribute to biomarker strategy, clinical pharmacology, and translational studies while supporting regulatory submissions and cross-functional development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Support biomarker, PK/PD, and translational research activities for clinical development programs.
• Lead biomarker analyses and interpretation of clinical and translational data.
• Contribute to clinical protocol development, study execution, and translational research plans.
• Manage external research partners and support assay transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, Data Management, and related teams.
• Support regulatory submissions, health authority responses, publications, and scientific presentations.
• Partner with bioinformatics and statistical teams on exploratory biomarker analyses.
Required Qualifications
• PhD, PharmD, MD, or related advanced scientific degree with 3+ years of industry experience; Master's degree with 5+ years; or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in translational medicine, biomarkers, oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience supporting clinical development programs and regulatory submissions.
• Understanding of PK/PD principles, biomarker operations, and clinical research processes.
• Experience analyzing complex clinical, translational, or mechanistic datasets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in oncology, immunotherapy, cell therapy, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience with immunophenotyping, NGS-based approaches, engineered cell therapies, or translational biomarker platforms.
• Familiarity with bioanalytical assay development and validation.
• Experience supporting scientific publications and external collaborations.
