Role Description The Research Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of c research initiatives within SELKIRK NEUROLOGY PLLC. They will work closely with our Research Director. This full-time, on-site role in Spokane, WA involves managing research protocols, timelines, and resources, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to identify research opportunities, organizing study documentation, monitoring data collection, and preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. The Research Program Manager will facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, support grant or funding applications, and help develop processes to improve program efficiency and quality. The role also includes tracking project milestones, addressing operational issues, and contributing to strategic planning for the practice’s research portfolio.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead multiple research initiatives, coordinate timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to design studies, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, staff, external partners, and regulatory bodies, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree not required for the right candidate but desired in a relevant field such as public health, neuroscience, healthcare administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an asset.
• Experience managing clinical or healthcare research programs, including familiarity with IRB processes, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with common office and data management software; experience with electronic medical records or research databases is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and patient-centered approach.
