Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to medical offices, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Request and follow up on medical record and chart retrieval requests
- Establish professional relationships with provider offices to facilitate timely record collection
- Track account progress and document all interactions accurately
- Manage a queue of outstanding requests and prioritize follow-up activities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality metrics
- Work efficiently in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- Identify and resolve barriers that may delay record retrieval
- Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account status
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must reside in the Houston or Dallas metropolitan area
- Previous customer service, collections, call center, medical records, healthcare administration, or outbound calling experience preferred
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
- Are comfortable spending the majority of their workday on the computer or computer phone
- Thrive in a production-driven environment with measurable goals
- Have strong persistence and follow-through skills
- Can effectively manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Are dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home
- Are comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
