We're hiring Remote Outreach Agents to make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare provider offices, obtain medical records, and meet daily performance and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and are motivated by achieving measurable results.



What You'll Do


- Make and receive a high volume of calls throughout the day
- Request and obtain information from provider offices
- Document call outcomes accurately
- Follow up on outstanding requests
- Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
- Work efficiently in a structured, metrics-driven environment

Requirements


- High School Diploma or GED
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
