Remote Office Coordinator

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.We are seeking a Remote Office Coordinator to support our Cardiology office in Torrance, CA.Job Type: Full-Time, Direct HireHours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pmPay: $23/hr Responsibilities:Data EntryVerify insurance coverage and patient informationMaintain accurate documentation in the EHR systemSchedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and follow-up visitsAnswer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiriesRoute messages to appropriate staff membersCollect co-pays and patient balancesProcess patient payments and assist with basic billing dutiesAssist with referrals, prior authorizations, and medical records requestsMonitor patient flow and communicate wait times professionallyComplete daily administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and stocking front desk suppliesQualifications and Skills:At least 2 years of front office experience in a clinical healthcare settingBilingual, requiredAbility to work effectively with a diverse patient populationOrganized and patient-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environmentMust be MA certifiedMust have CPR certificationProHealth Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer8.3 NF
