Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in Women’s Services
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care to women and newborns, including antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
Perform assessments, monitor maternal and fetal conditions, and respond to changing situations.
Administer medications and IV therapies, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and educate families on childbirth and newborn care.
Ensure accurate documentation in EMRs, uphold safety, quality, and patient-centered standards.
