Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the Oncology Progressive department.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments.
The role requires maintaining professional accountability and delivering care aligned with mission and standards.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of RN experience (preferred), graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current RN licensure.
Certifications needed include Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association, with other unit-specific certifications as required.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and performing physical movements.
