Seeking proactive
Oncology RN
candidates to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing
high-quality, safe patient care
. The role involves collaborating with licensed and unlicensed caregivers to deliver personalized care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models.
Responsibilities include
upholding the scope of practice, adhering to ethical standards, supporting service excellence, and advocating for patients and families. The RN will work under the supervision of Nurse Managers and leadership, contributing to a patient-centered care environment.
Qualifications
:
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification required
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program; prior patient care experience preferred
