Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro Care Unit - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Provides direct nursing care in the Neuro PCU, focusing on neurological and general medicine patients.

• Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates patient needs. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Communicates care plans across the care team and considers patients' emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Participates in professional development and maintains regulatory standards.
• Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license, a nursing diploma/associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and no prior experience needed. Critical nursing skills, alertness, and safety awareness are essential.

Key Duties: Assess patient conditions, collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and ensure comprehensive, safe, and quality care delivery.
