Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Medicine - Hourly

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Internal Medicine, responsible for providing comprehensive patient care on a Med/Surg unit.

• Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, promote safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Skills and Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN licensure, and preferred Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and demonstrate critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, evaluate physical and psychosocial needs, address patient preferences, and ensure effective communication across care settings.
