Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate clinical care and care coordination in a specialized oncology setting.
In this role, you will deliver safe, holistic, and patient/family-centered care, incorporating effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities include: providing direct patient care, educating patients and families, and working cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of RN clinical experience, a BSN or ADN (with a commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years), and Virginia RN licensure.
Required certifications include BLS from the American Heart Association. Proficiency in English communication and computer skills is essential.
Preferred qualifications include oncology or gynecology experience and >3 years of RN experience.
