Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Oncology

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing

high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care aligned with evidence-based standards and organizational values.

Responsibilities

Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Delivers relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs and conditions.
Partners with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making.
Coordinates and documents safe, quality care using interdisciplinary collaboration and respectful communication.
Supports performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and promotes evidence-based practices.
Participates in professional development, mentorship, and adheres to organizational policies and standards.
Contributes to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; must hold an active RN license (single or multi-state compact).
Required certifications include BLS; additional certifications may be required upon hire.
Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of approved nursing training preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality care.
