Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care delivery; advocate for patients; contribute to performance improvement initiatives; mentor colleagues; and uphold professional standards.
