Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology FT Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process, delivers relationship-based patient-centered care, collaborates with healthcare team members, and participates in performance improvement and research activities. Ensures compliance with policies, promotes evidence-based practice, and supports resource management. Acts as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and maintains competency through ongoing education.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years RN experience, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and basic computer skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, teamwork, critical thinking, and time management abilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.

Additional Details: Requires Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree, with preferred direct patient care experience.
