Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response team.
Responsibilities
• Respond to patient deterioration on acute care units
• Perform swift clinical assessments and initiate life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and bedside teams
• Support code and sepsis alerts
• Provide clinical coaching to unit nurses
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols
Qualifications & Skills
• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of code and sepsis protocols
