Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; collaborate on care plans; ensure safe and effective treatment; document care activities and patient responses.
Patient Advocacy: Address patient and family concerns, provide education, and promote patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Performance Improvement: Contribute to quality initiatives, suggest process improvements, and support organizational goals for better outcomes.
Professional Development: Maintain licensure and certifications, pursue ongoing education, and stay current with industry best practices.
Leadership & Compliance: Mentor colleagues, foster a positive work environment, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and participate in shared governance activities.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; valid RN license (single or multi-state).
Certifications: BLS required upon hire.
