Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit (Nights)
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, coordinate care plans to ensure safe and effective interventions, communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team, provide individualized education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: Successful completion of an accredited Associate's or BSN program, current Illinois nursing license, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Key Duties: Deliver compassionate patient care, support families, promote safety and quality, and contribute to organizational excellence.
