Position Details
Location: Mercy Coletta Cancer Center - Oklahoma City
Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts (7:30a-6p) with occasional weekend rotation
Overview
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, ensures patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
1 year of nursing experience preferred
Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained actively
Basic Life Support certification via the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire
Physical Requirements
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Prolonged standing and walking
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
