Role: Med Surg Oncology Registered Nurse Supervisor
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee inpatient nursing teams, ensuring high-quality oncology and med-surg care
Coordinate complex care plans and manage staffing, workflows, and resource allocation
Mentor and support nursing staff development to foster a collaborative, learning environment
Drive quality improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize patient outcomes
Champion evidence-based practices and promote a culture of excellence
Qualifications And Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Experience in oncology and med-surg nursing
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Knowledge of clinical care coordination, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
