Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care through independent functions and delegated medical tasks, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Builds strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and ensuring quality, safe, and effective care in line with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include collecting and assessing health data, prioritizing patient needs, triaging, evaluating emergencies, and delivering health education. Executes delegated medical functions such as medication administration and therapy, refers patients to appropriate services, and coordinates care to optimize resource utilization. Acts as a patient advocate and leads team collaboration to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum one year of RN experience, including oncology within the last five years
• Graduate of an approved RN program with clinical experience
• Valid RN license and Basic Life Support certification
• Oncology/Immunotherapy certification preferred
• Strong communication, IV skills, critical thinking, and customer service abilities
• Ability to travel between clinics in the region
