Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse – Oncology
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across the treatment continuum
Administer chemotherapy and manage symptoms effectively
Educate patients about their treatment and care plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives
Maintain professional growth within a diverse and inclusive environment dedicated to innovation and whole-person care
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN licensure with relevant oncology nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in oncology nursing
