Job Description
Role: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and manage complex, acutely ill patients in a hospital setting.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
• Prescribe treatments and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in patient rounds and support safe transitions of care.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within the healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Skills
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety standards.
