Job Description
Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the department.
Skills: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
