Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse Med Surg Oncology
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and oncology needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, infusions, and cancer-related therapies.
Monitor patient status closely, educate patients and families, support symptom and pain management, and coordinate interdisciplinary care and safe discharges.
Qualifications & Skills: Relevant nursing licensure, strong clinical assessment abilities, and experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development.
