Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg Oncology unit.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and cancer diagnoses.
Perform patient assessments, administer chemotherapy and medications.
Coordinate patient care and deliver education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN license.
Experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Competence in using EMR and advanced healthcare technology.
