Role: Hospice and Palliative Care Physician
Responsibilities: Provide hospice medical oversight, manage symptoms, facilitate goals-of-care discussions, and conduct inpatient palliative care consultations.
Collaborations: Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support outreach initiatives to increase awareness and access to services for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses.
Qualifications & Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative care, with strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate patient-centered care.
