Job Description
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a 19-bed Critical Care Unit with a focus on critical illnesses and diagnoses.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, all aligned with mission and standards.
Requires a minimum of 1 year ICU experience, current RN license (Missouri or Compact State), and strong critical care, assessment, and communication skills.
Certifications in BLS (within 30 days), ACLS, and other unit-specific certifications are essential.
The role involves working night shifts, with duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
