Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, and ongoing evaluation, in an on-site clinical setting in High Ridge, MO plus on our Mobile Medical Clinic. Daily responsibilities include performing patient intake, documenting medical histories and vital signs, assisting with procedures, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health practices, while promoting a safe and respectful care environment. The role also involves maintaining accurate electronic and paper records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and participating in quality improvement activities. This is a part time position consisting of one, two, or three days a week (to be determined by you, our Nurse Manager, and the Executive Director, on-site/MMC role that requires collaborative teamwork, strong clinical judgment, and consistent communication with patients and colleagues. We will train you how to do ultrasounds that we perform.

Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of patient responses.
• Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and use electronic health record systems effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with diverse populations.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in healthcare.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple patients, tasks, and urgent clinical needs.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or community health settings is preferred but not required.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.
