Role Description The Registered Nurse at Relive Health provides direct patient care and health education in an on-site clinical setting located in North Wales, PA. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, documenting health histories, administering medications and treatments, and supporting personalized care plans aligned with preventive and longevity-focused medicine. The nurse will coordinate with providers and other care team members, assist with diagnostic procedures, and monitor patient responses to interventions. The role also involves educating patients on lifestyle, wellness, and disease prevention, maintaining accurate electronic health records, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role that may require occasional evening or weekend hours based on patient needs.
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania and graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning within an outpatient or primary care setting
• Strong patient communication, education, and counseling skills, with the ability to explain health information clearly and compassionately
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer applications for documentation and coordination of care
• Knowledge of preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management; interest in longevity and healthspan-focused medicine is highly beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Current BLS/CPR certification and familiarity with standard clinical safety and infection-control practices
• Prior experience in primary care, integrative medicine, or wellness-focused practices is preferred but not required
