Key Qualifications:

• ARRT (T) certification required

• Experience as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) in a clinical cancer care setting

• Proficiency in operating Varian linear accelerators and using Aria oncology information system

Schedule:

• Contract position

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician instructions and clinical protocols

• Accurately set up and position patients using immobilization devices

• Perform daily quality assurance checks on equipment

• Maintain thorough documentation in the Aria oncology information system

• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes or reactions to the care team

• Educate patients and families about treatment processes and expectations

• Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care

• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control procedures
