Radiation Therapist

Monitor patients' reactions to treatment and adjust treatment parameters as needed.
Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process.
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatments.
Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
Educate patients and their families on the treatment process and potential side effects.
Continuously stay updated on advancements in radiation therapy technology and techniques.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families as needed.
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care.
Participate in quality assurance programs and assist in maintaining accreditation standards.
Proactively identify and report any patient concerns or complications to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
