Job Description
This Medical Director for Inpatient Services role oversees inpatient psychiatric care at a brand new facility on the Florida East Coast near Orlando.
Responsibilities include managing inpatient treatment for adult and adolescent populations, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in General Psychiatry or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and comfortable leading clinical teams.
Key duties involve supervising clinical staff, developing treatment protocols, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications include relevant board certification, experience in inpatient psychiatric settings, and strong leadership skills.
Skills required include excellent communication, clinical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with benefits such as matching 401k, CME stipend, CME days off, and a 1:4 weekend call schedule.
