What You’ll Be Doing


- Manage projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout
- Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change management
- Lead subcontractor buyout and project coordination
- Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field execution
- Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Build strong client relationships and mentor junior project staff






What We’re Looking For


- 5+ years of commercial GC Project Management experience
- Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aviation, or commercial experience
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
