Project Manager Opportunity (Denver, Part-Time)
We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a busy advertising agency team and help keep integrated campaigns and creative deliverables moving from kickoff through completion. This is a part-time opportunity supporting approximately 2–3 client accounts and partnering closely with account, creative, media, and strategy teams.
Type: Contract
Pay Range: $35-38/hr.
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Schedule: M-F, Afternoons preferred (12-4pm MT)
Duration: Through EOY
Location: Denver preferred
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day workflow for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, print, media, and other channels.
- Partner with account, creative, media, and strategy teams to keep campaigns and assets moving forward on schedule.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, resource plans, and status updates.
- Lead project kickoffs, internal check-ins, trafficking meetings, and other project-related conversations.
- Track deliverables, approvals, feedback, dependencies, and next steps across multiple concurrent projects.
- Identify potential roadblocks, shifting priorities, and scope changes early and work with the appropriate teams to determine solutions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing organization, or similar environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel creative or marketing campaigns from brief through final delivery.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and how account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams work together.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget-management skills.
- Experience with Monday.com is strongly preferred; experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or similar project management platforms is also relevant.
